These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of BuyForU.me (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the services we provide. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
BuyForU.me is a purchasing-intermediary and shipping service. You choose an item on a Ukrainian online store, marketplace or auction (such as OLX, Rozetka, Crafta or Violity), and we purchase that item on your behalf and arrange its international delivery to you.
We are not the seller of the goods. The goods are sold by third-party sellers and stores over whom we have no control. We act as your buying agent: we pay the seller, receive the item at our warehouse in Ukraine, and forward it to you. Our service is the intermediation and logistics — not the manufacture or sale of the product itself.
To place an order you submit a link to the item and any relevant details. We will review it and, where necessary, confirm availability, price and any specifics with you. An order is accepted only once we confirm it and you have completed the first payment (see Section 3). We may decline any order at our discretion, including where the item is prohibited, unavailable, incorrectly priced, or where the seller cannot be verified.
Our pricing is transparent and consists of two separate payment stages:
Because international shipping is quoted only after weighing, any shipping figures shown on the website beforehand are estimates and may differ from the final amount. Customs duties, import taxes and similar charges imposed by the destination country are not included and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We accept payment by card (via our payment provider), PayPal and cryptocurrency. Payments must be completed for an order to proceed to the next stage.
We do not purchase or ship items that are illegal to export or import, dangerous goods, weapons or ammunition, or any item restricted by our carriers or by the laws of Ukraine or the destination country. We may cancel and refund an order if it involves such an item.
Because goods come from third-party sellers, their condition, authenticity and description are the seller’s responsibility. On request and where offered, we can provide additional services such as photo/video verification or inspection before dispatch to help you check the item. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of a seller’s listing and are not liable for defects, misdescription or authenticity issues originating from the seller. Where a seller offers a warranty or return, we will make reasonable efforts to assist, but such terms are set by the seller.
Cancellation and refund rights depend on the stage of your order and are set out in full in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We arrange delivery through carriers such as DHL, Ukrposhta and Nova Poshta and provide tracking where available. Delivery times are estimates and depend on the carrier and customs. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs or events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes according to the carrier’s terms once the package is handed over for international shipping.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of the item plus the fees you paid us for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for the acts or omissions of third-party sellers or carriers, or for matters beyond our reasonable control.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or are used for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
