We want every order to arrive safely, so please review this list before you order. The items below cannot be shipped internationally from Ukraine because they are prohibited or restricted by our carriers (such as DHL, Ukrposhta and Nova Poshta) and by the laws of Ukraine and destination countries. If your item falls into one of these categories, we'll let you know honestly before you pay, and refund you in full.
Antiques and items over 100 years old, original works of art, rare orders and medals, and other cultural valuables. These require special export permits and cannot be shipped as regular parcels.
Cash and currency (notes and coins), collectible coins, precious metals, precious and semi-precious stones (including amber), jewellery, securities and payment documents.
Weapons of all kinds — including hunting, sporting, pneumatic and bladed weapons — their parts and ammunition, replicas and full-size models, stun devices, and military or dual-use goods.
Explosives, detonators, gunpowder, fireworks, flares, firecrackers, signal rockets and similar items.
Petrol, acetone, solvents, glues and sealants with flammable components, paints and lacquers, acids, alkalis, mercury, antifreeze, and similar chemicals.
Aerosols, lighters, gas refill canisters, fire extinguishers, and any compressed gases.
Alcoholic drinks, beer, tobacco products, vapes and e-cigarettes, heated-tobacco devices and nicotine liquids.
Medicines, vitamins and dietary supplements; and food products intended for human consumption.
Loose lithium and metal batteries (not installed in a device), power banks, and devices with lithium batteries above carrier limits. Some carriers restrict these entirely.
Live animals and plants, seeds, furs, hides, taxidermy, ivory, human remains, organs, blood or biological samples.
Narcotics and psychotropic substances, pornographic material, counterfeit goods, radioactive and infectious substances, dirty used clothing, soil samples, unmarked containers of unknown content, and other hazardous goods.
